Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to teach you. We do not sell your details to anyone.

What we collect

• From the enquiry form: your name, WhatsApp/phone number, email (optional), who you are (for example student or working professional), the course you are interested in, your preferred language, your learning bag, any referral code and your message.
• When you join: your payment reference (UPI transaction ID) and the course you paid for.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and send your free course brief.
• To enrol you, share your course materials (Google Drive link) and add you to your doubt-clearing group.
• To issue your certificate.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are emailed to our academy inbox and saved in a protected file on our website hosting, which only we can open. Course materials are shared through Google Drive, and doubt support runs on WhatsApp and Google Meet, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies today. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel to measure our ads, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years and student records (name, course, certificate ID) for as long as needed to verify certificates.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details. Email us and we will do it within 7 working days.

Children

Learners under 18 should use the website and join courses with a parent's or guardian's permission.
