Refund Policy

Payments to NorthLamp Academy are final. Before you pay, every learner gets a free course brief that explains what the course covers, how it works and what you will be able to do at the end, so you can decide with full information.

No refunds after payment

Once you have paid for a course or combo pack and received access to the course materials, we do not offer refunds, full or partial. This applies even if you stop studying, change your mind or cannot finish the course in time.

When we will return your money

• We cancel a batch and cannot offer you another batch: you get a full refund.
• You paid twice by mistake (a duplicate UPI payment): we refund the extra amount.
• You paid the wrong amount: we refund the difference or ask you to pay the balance.

Write to us within 7 days of the payment with your UPI reference number. Approved refunds are sent back by UPI to the same account within 7 working days.

Moving to another batch

If you cannot continue with your batch, you may ask to move to the next month's batch of the same course once, at no extra cost, before the end of your current batch.

Referral codes and discounts

A referral discount is applied at the time of payment only. It cannot be added later or exchanged for cash.
