These terms explain how NorthLamp Academy courses work. By sending an enquiry or paying for a course, you agree to them.

How courses work

• Courses are taught with step-by-step PDF guides and study plans shared through a Google Drive link, a weekly live doubt-clearing call, and WhatsApp support for doubts.
• A new batch starts every month. Course lengths shown on the website are the planned study time.
• Teaching languages: English, Tamil + English, and Malayalam + English.

Fees and payment

• Prices are shown on the website in Indian rupees. We may change prices for future batches; the price you were quoted in your payment details is the price you pay.
• Payment is by UPI (Google Pay or PhonePe). We send payment details after your enquiry. Your seat is confirmed once the payment is received.
• Payments are final. Please read our Refund Policy.

Referral codes

• Referral codes are created and given out only by NorthLamp Academy. A valid code gives the discount shown when you apply it, on the total of your learning bag.
• One code per enrolment. Codes have no cash value and may be paused or ended at any time.
• Without a code, the normal price applies.

Course materials

Course guides and materials are for your personal learning only. Please do not share, copy, resell or post them publicly. If materials are shared, we may remove access without a refund.

Certificates

You receive a NorthLamp Academy certificate after you pass the final test or project of your course. Each certificate has a unique ID.

Doubt sessions and conduct

Please be respectful in live calls and WhatsApp groups. We may remove anyone who is abusive, spams or shares others' personal details.

No job guarantee

Our courses teach practical skills, but we do not promise jobs, income, visas or placements. Examples on our website show what learners can aim for, not guaranteed results. We do not give visa or immigration advice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
